Over the last month or so since the historic election on November 8, nowhere has the leftist echo chamber been more reinforced than on American college campuses. From professors cancelling classes to “grief counseling,” these bastions of poisonous radical leftism have only been pouring gasoline on the fire that is slowly burning away the left in a glorious, self-destructive blaze.
Professors and administrators have been repeatedly sending out campus-wide emails containing all of the buzz-words and phrases you’d expect. They claim to support our democratic processes, but call the election results “disturbing.” They claim to support freedom of speech and expression, but quickly come down in support of one particular side over all the others.
Below I will include two major examples: one is from my very own school, the University of California, Santa Barbara; the other is from none other than the ivy league of the Ivy League, Harvard University.
But what they don’t realize is that they aren’t just poking the sleeping lion – they’re smacking it across the face. These traitors are declaring that they will spend Californians’ hard-earned tax dollars, and legal students hard-earned tuition dollars, on the harboring of illegals, and pushing more bureaucracies to coddle these individuals. They will give illegals the kinds of rights, benefits, freedoms, and opportunities that WE deserve, while at the same time spitting in our faces with buzzwords like “privilege.” They are openly abandoning and even condemning students who are here normally, in favor of the “cool” image of “protecting” those who shouldn’t be here, because it’s “trendy” to do so.
The UCSB email in particular makes a direct reference to an incident I covered in a previous real-time update, when a graduate student named Richard Behiel made a post about his plans to formally create opposition to UCSB’s “sanctuary campus” policies. Of course, as that piece noted, Richard came under numerous vile doxxing attacks from triggered leftists, but does the university make any mention of that? Of course not.
In return, however, I have my very own message for these administrators. I am confident that I speak on behalf of many others who similarly feel just as disgruntled with this idiotic system as I do.
If there is one thing that this election has proven, it’s that ordinary Americans like us are no longer afraid to stand up to the corrupt, smug bureaucrats who run the system. We are no longer afraid to speak our minds and fight for what we believe in. President Trump, and many others like him, have given us average Americans the voice we have been searching for.
In response, you bureaucrats have openly declared that you will defy the will of the students, and ignore the rights of natural-born citizens, in favor of illegals who shouldn’t be here. You are going against your very own so-called “oaths” and turning your back on the students you should be representing.
And thus, you bureaucrats are doubling down on your corrupt ideals because you know that you, the university administrators, are the last true line of defense that the leftist ideology has. The media-industrial complex is crumbling before our eyes. The Democrats’ positions in government have collapsed to their worst levels since the Civil War. And globally, multinationals that try to perpetuate this asinine, Marxist idea of “globalism” – like the European Union – are slowly being killed by the rebels who are finally willing to stand up and say “Enough is ENOUGH.”
So yes, you university administrators are the last ones. American college campuses are the last stronghold of enshrined leftism in literally every single aspect of its existence. So you have every right to feel afraid, for the weight of your failed ideology has indeed fallen squarely on your shoulders.
But like your predecessors and comrades, your line of defense will also fall. The law is coming for you, and it cannot be stopped. You can cry “sanctuary campus” all the live long day, and you can claim university autonomy from the federal government (though good luck to systems like the UC’s, without federal funding). But at the end of the day, you people are no better than Governor George Wallace, standing in the doorway of the schoolhouse, declaring “Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, and segregation forever!” He too, like you, was a demagogue who sought to flout federal law in favor of his personal opinions, and thus make himself out to be a David against the Goliath of federal government.
But like Wallace, your crusade – “Illegals now, illegals tomorrow, and illegals forever!” – will also be cast aside to the ash heap of history. Law and order will be restored, and it’s time to put Americans first – on college campuses just as much as everywhere else, from sea to shining sea.
